Do you ever see an ad on a billboard or magazine that makes you want to write “sexism sells” or something along those lines on it? I know I have.Don’t those just make you so made? I know they make me mad.
Unfortunately, defacing public property isn’t such a great idea. Fortunately, NYC NOW just created a new tumblr called #notcool. It’s purpose is to “Fight discriminatory, sexist, racist, misogynistic, overtly-sexualized and offensive images in the media by showing them for what they are: not cool.” So… next time see something that makes you really mad… go to this website and submit a picture of it!! Pretty cool, right?
